(13106) Yes, it actually has a single disk on the bottom that has gotten cut off - and is a wonderful mid-century design.  The pendant is plastic and is 2 1/2" hanging from a 20" (total) chain.  In wonderful condition, it is marked Sarah Cov on the back. $19.00
