(I2023) Stunning Green and Blue Bib Collar Necklace! Made of bright and shining crystals, this collar is magnificent and is obviously hand crafted. It is 1 1/2" wide and about 16" long around the neck. One clasp seems to be turned around. It does close and will not show but I did want to mention it. Much brighter and shinier than the picture shows -- and a bit lighter in color. $195.00
