Purchased at an estate sale in California, over 20 years ago, this is a wonderful figurine of a hand painted porcelain dancing couple, measuring 5 1/2". She is holding a fan in one hand, and only the very tip of her thumb is chipped off. With each one having a leg dancing out and detached, and each with hands touching -- and another of his behind her shoulder, this is a wonderful piece. It is marked in blue on the bottom with the Buen Retiro mark of a N under a crown, which is early Capodimonte.  I believe this mark was used between 1771-1773. There are no chips, cracks or repairs on this.
